Delivery & Returns
Every item has individual postage costs which will be calculated once your address details have been entered during the checkout process. For most of our items we use a tracked and insured courier service. If the item is smaller, we may use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked delivery service.
Items to UK mainland will take 3-5 working days to arrive.
Most of our items are priced to ship Internationally, if, however, this price is not apparent during checkout, please contact us for more information.
Items shipped Internationally will be sent using Royal Mail International Standard Tracked Parcel service.

We do our best to photograph and describe each product clearly and accurately but if, for some reason, you are not happy with your product, we gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us and let us know immediately and we can either send out a replacement or refund you in full.
